The Most Played charts are compiled by you downloading or listening to artsists tracks from this site. Although all downloads are free copyright does remain with the individual, the artsists have however given permission for the mp3’s to be downloaded and transferred to as many devices as you wish.
The popularity of the charts then goes on to play a part in the scheduling for the radio charts, obviously tracks downloaded by the same computer multiple times will only count as one download so as not to enable distortion of the figures.
